I am so grateful to have found this Business. Stacy is an excellent person, and he takes pride in his work. I am a local business owner here in Norman, and I was really struggling with my carpet upkeep. Like most entrepreneurs, I assume that I can do everything myself, and sometimes I forget to rely on a team and accept help. I absolutely was blown away with how bad I am at cleaning carpet. Why am I like this? You will not regret the quality of Stacy's work. The steam cleaning process he used was top tier, from pretreating to extraction and even some protectant at the end. The carpet is an entire different color that I forgot about after years of dirt, and its consistent and clean again without stain spots. One of these photos isn't fully dry, but trust me this was the best money I spent on in-store improvements this year so far. ~ Derek L

Amazing. Amazing. Amazing! Stacey cleaned carpet and ceramic tile in my home and I cannot tell you the difference it made! I pride myself on keeping a clean home and I am amazed at the difference I can see and feel in my flooring. I can't believe how dirty it really was and I didn't realize! Between kids and a dog, normal wear can really add up. Stacey was able to make my tile and carpet look new again. He was professional, courteous and fast. He provided excellent, all natural cleaning tips and I never felt pressured into purchasing more products or services which is unlike other carpet cleaners who try to sell you everything once they are in your home. Normally I clean my carpet myself and have to wait hours for it to dry. This time I tried to do something different and hire someone to save me some time to let me be able to get some other stuff done. Best money I have ever spent! When you call to make an appointment they are great with detailed information about what would work best for you and your home, very much unlike a lot of company's who tell you that you need to pay for everything they offer because you really need it. I had my tile, carpet and my sofa cleaned all in a matter of a few hours and by the time Stacy left the carpet was completely dry! I will never let anyone else clean my carpets not even myself. Stacy was able to get a black eyeshadow stain by my vanity as well as candle wax that spilled on my couch. He truly cares about his work and making the customer happy. ~ Katie D

They had no problem with short notice (less than 24 hours) and were very professional. We’d had bad pet odors and they are completely gone along with all the stains, the carpet looks great! He also gave great advice for what to do in the future to avoid pet odors so the carpets won’t require cleaning again for a very very long time. Google doesn’t show a location but don’t let that make you feel like it’s sketchy at all. I highly recommend them! Edit: turns out the smells in our carpet were very deep from previous tenants. The smells came back after a couple days and the cleaners came back and did a second cleaning for FREE. It’s now been 2 months since then and the smells have stayed away. ~ Jaden N

The best carpet cleaners around, by a large margin. The amount of attention given to detail from the person answering the phone call to the ones doing the actual cleaning is refreshing. For instance, there was a dark spot on our carpet we've learned to ignore over the years, it was in a less frequented corner. I was asked if I knew what caused the stain, and extra efforts were made with different cleaning products to spot clean that area. I must also mention that the owner of the company personally picks the I products used for cclraning, making sure they are safe for pets and chikdren. Most companies try to breeze through the house and collect their check. These guys are through professionals who care about their customers and their work shows it. I don't usually write reviews, but clean and dry deserves your business, as much as you deserve a job well done. Call them. ~ Arun K

I have two large dogs and despite vacuuming regularly I felt like my house was staring to get that "dog" smell. I was really needing my living room area rug and sofas cleaned and came across Clean and Dry via a Google search. The reviews were great and their prices were very reasonable so I called and they were able to get me in the very next morning. Stacy arrived promptly and thoroughly explained the process to me before getting started. My rug and sofas look and smell so much better than they did before and the dog smell has completely disappeared from my house. I have used this company for carpet cleaning, pet stains, and odor removal twice now and they have done an excellent job both times! They worked me into their schedule on short notice, had excellent customer service, strong communication skills, were incredibly polite, and provided great service all around. They also offered great prices. Other cleaning companies require a minimum amount for appointments, for example, a $120 minimum payment, even if the only service you want is cheaper. Clean and Dry does NOT require this or minimum payments and honors their true service prices! They even cleaned additional areas they noticed in our house, free of charge, just as a courtesy. So it is safe to say Clean and Dry offers much better deals and services than other companies! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and plan on using them again in the future if I ever need to! ~ Abigail D

Great service very professional! This Is my second time to use this company. I decide to come back to this company because last year I felt like my carpets were cleaner than ever before. The price range is very reasonable. My carpets are like new again!! Also, with today's COVID-19 issues, I was Happy to see that my carpet cleaner was wearing mask and gloves keeping us all safe!!! I am just very grateful that we have a carpet cleaning company out there that can really do the job and do it well AND is willing to come back if there are any issues. By the time I had hung up the phone from booking an appointment to have my carpet cleaned, I received an email with the date, time and who was coming to do the cleaning. The day before the appointment, I received a reminder email again with all the information. Stacy called me and then text me to ask if it was OK to come a little early. What a professional company this is. Stacy did an awesome job. He got out all the spots in the traffic area and even got out a good size red wine stain. Stacy came out the day I called to measure and provide an estimate. I had reached out to a different guy for a price quote/sq ft, that guy never showed to measure my space. For only 5 cents more/sq ft, Stacy cleaned AND SEALED my tile instead of just cleaning it! Great value. He was in time, neat, and very professional. He treated a closet the previous owners used as a litter box location with extra care and sanitation. There are 3 showers in this house, Stacy was very honest in telling us only 1needed to be cleaned. I can’t say enough good things about the work he did! Stacy with Clean and Dry has been cleaning my carpets for several years. I have 4 pets and now two small children, so my carpet takes a beating. I love when people visit and comment that they couldn't even tell I have two cats - that alone is a great testament to the quality of service! I usually get the pet treatment in the room with the litter boxes, and the carpet always dries nice and fluffy, no residue, and they seem to take extra effort to avoid harsh chemicals. Stacy with Clean and Dry was nothing short of professional. He cleaned the carpet in multiple rooms for a great value price and my house smelled so fresh after the cleaning with an extreme noticeable difference. He asked multiple questions upon early arrival that made me feel like he was addressing all my concerns. After finishing, he noticed a pet spot on the back of my couch and pulled some equipment back out to address it. Stacy arrived early, calling first to make sure it was alright. He was friendly and professional and started on my couch and recliner. They look brand new again! Next, he cleaned the 30-year-old carpet and did a fantastic job! After that, he went to worl on my tile and grout. Some was only a year old, but my entryway is 30-years-old. Now, they all look new! Clean & Dry is AMAZING!! I called yesterday for an estimate and they got me in today!! They showed up right on time, had fanfreakingtastic communication, totally removed all the pet stains my son’s dogs left on my 2 year old carpet and then put a treatment on it to help protect it. All in all, Stacy was only here for about 50 minutes to get this beautiful job done ant a great price! All the stains came up and my carpet looks pretty and new again. This is a super professional, personable business! Clean and Dry first came to clean the carpets at the clinic I manage and did an excellent job with some old stains— our regular patients even commented on how nice they looked. This husband-and-wife team was such a pleasure to work with! They scheduled us within one week of calling, communicated regularly, showed up on time, and did a tremendous job cleaning our carpets. Stacy was very friendly while servicing the house and gave us some tips for keeping the carpets in good condition. He did 4 rooms in under 2 hours. I've used Clean and Dry Carpet Cleaning service twice and I have to say hands down the best carpet cleaning company out there. Very respectful of your time and upfront with everything. Doesn't try to upsell you on products you don't need. I have an older dog who as accidents and 2 younger boys and you can't even tell there were stains in the carpet after he was done cleaning it. Stacy showed up at the appointed time and had a very friendly introduction. He went right to work on my carpet which was stained quite badly with red wine, dog urine and quite a lot of grime. As he was working, he showed me before and after. The difference was amazing. This carpet is light in color and yet it looked new. I could not be more pleased. Clean and Dry just finished my very soiled and stained carpets. With 3 kids, 2 dogs 1 cat and a litter of kitties I was sure my carpet was a goner but Stacy was able to remove the stains and give my carpet new life!! I’ve known Stacy for a few years and finally had him out to professionally clean my carpet, tile, & upholstery! I wouldn't recommend anybody else!!! Tracy showed up on time, worked quickly, but was very thorough. He did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. My dog got sprayed by a skunk and the smell got transferred to the carpet, and Tracy was able to get rid of the smell completely. He even got rid of stains previous cleaners were unable to remove! If more than 5 stars were possible, he would get them. ~ Brad C
